Suzanne Ramey is the President of Human Resource Concepts, a provider of Human Resource Consulting, Profiles™ Workforce Assessments, High Performance Training Solutions, and Hiring and Selection Services... She is a Strategic Business Partner with Profiles International, the leading publisher of Workforce Assessments and 360 Solutions High Performance training systems.
Suzanne has more than 20 years of diversified professional experience. Her perspective is a unique blend of Human Resources, Training & Development, Recruiting, Staffing, Sales and Business. Suzanne has led multi million dollar regions for national staffing firms as well as owning her own successful staffing business in, Norrell Staffing Services, in Fort Myers, FL. Her background includes functioning as National Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Regional Vice President for a leading national Healthcare Staffing Firm and was the Director of Training for a leading SW Florida Resort.
Suzanne’s career is enhanced by her contributions as a community leader and public speaker. She has served as a board member for the United Way, Lee County chairman for the Muscular Dystrophy Association, and founder of the Christian Women in Business. In addition, Suzanne is past president of the Human Resource Management Association, past president and charter member of Sales and Marketing Executives, Committee Chairperson of the Chamber of Commerce and member of Rotary South. She is also a founding member and current President of the Business Network of SW Florida and is a member of the Greater Ft. Myers Chamber of Commerce, Christian Chamber of Commerce, and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Suzanne is a graduate of Georgia State University with post- graduate studies in Human Resource Development and Management. She is listed in Who’s Who of American Women and was featured on the Cover of Florida Woman Magazine.
