Retained Recruiting Services

      Human Resource Concepts’ business model is based on a Retained Fee System for selecting Top Performers.  The first step is to assess the Organization’s need, Benchmark the Success Characteristics for the position, complete a Job Analysis Study for the position,  develop a Job Match Pattern, prepare a recruiting strategy, review resumes, conduct initial interviews, set up final interviews, conduct thorough background screening and set up appropriate assessments for each viable candidate.  Clients will dictate final hiring process candidate selection.  Our pricing structure is customized according to the position and each “hard” cost is billed directly back to the client as incurred.  Historically we avoid using the more common avenues such a classified advertising, etc. and tap into the passive/creative recruiting resources.  Upon successful Placement of the Candidate an additional bonus payment is made.

Employee Engagement and Retention Programs

Human Resource Concepts’ Customized Employee Talent and Performance Management Program consists of Engagement Surveys, Performance Management Systems, Leadership Development training and coaching.  There are Team Building programs and exercises and quarterly accountability meetings as well.  Each company that signs on can customize their program to suite their culture and goals.
